Ordering Options
Please call us at 1-866-450-5483 Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Eastern Standard Time. After hours, please feel free to leave us a message or fax an order to us at 610-326-6481. Direct orders can be made through the www.BotanicalAnimal.com website or email us customerservice@botanicalanimal.com. Emails are generally answered within 24 hours during the week. Please give us longer time to respond over weekends and holidays.
All sales of Botanical Animal Products are Check in Advance, Credit Card (MC, VISA, Discover, AMEX), or COD. If you wish to pay by check, please contact the office and we will calculate the exact total with shipping and any sales tax that may apply for you. Please note that there is an additional fee for COD orders that are billed directly from the shipping carrier.
Shipping and Delivery
Freight is F.O.B. Pottstown, PA. Domestic orders are shipped within 48 hours. International orders go out via the US Post Office--your order will ship within one week of receipt of order. Please note that there are no delivery time guarantees or insurance on US mail packages. Any back orders will be noted on the paperwork.
All orders are shipped regular ground or US Mail, unless otherwise specified. We understand that you may have special needs in getting product sooner so we do offer Overnight, 2nd Day Air and Three Day delivery as well. If you would like to expedite the shipping, please let us know and we will calculate the additional costs. Returns
Botanical Animal will fully refund the cost of the returned product (excluding any shipping and handling charges) for any product for any reason. Botanical Animal will not pay for shipping charges to return the product and are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the US mail. No product will be accepted for return after 30 days. Refunds are issued as credits toward future purchases of any items within the Botanical Animal Catalog or website.
Shipping Errors
If you should receive an order in which an error has been made, you must notify the Customer Service Department at 866-450-5483 or email: customerservice@botanicalanimal.com within 5 business days of receiving the product. Botanical Animal will either replace the product or credit your account upon receipt of returned goods
Damaged Shipments
In the event that a damaged shipment is received, please follow these steps: 1. Accept the delivery, 2. Document on the delivery receipt the number and description of damaged boxes, 3. Save the damaged products and boxes, 4. Contact the Customer Service Department at 866-450-5483 or email: customerservice@botanicalanimal.com within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.
If you have any questions regarding a product return, please contact us by phone or email with your questions or comments. Please include your name, address, phone number and invoice number. A customer service representative will assist you with the return process.
Damaged Products
Products damaged in transit require immediate notification to Botanical Animal so that proper damage claim forms can be filled out. Replacement products will be shipped and invoiced, and credit for the damaged goods will be applied separately when the damage claim has been properly filled out and confirmed by the freight carrier and processed by Botanical Animal.
